Orders and Returns
Placing an Order
Once you place your order and payment is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
Order Changes
Need to update your order? Please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, we won’t be able to make changes or cancel it.
Returns Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on used products or opened containers unless the item is faulty.
Return Process
To return an item, send us a message with your order number and reason for return.
- If the item is eligible for return, you may drop it off at our collection point or request a courier at your cost.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or replacement.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days once the return is approved. The refund will be made via your original payment method.
